Who we are

Cortex ("we", "us", "our") is an AI agency based in the United Kingdom. We build AI agents and custom software for businesses, and manage Meta advertising campaigns on behalf of clients. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount of information collected automatically:

• Contact form: your name, email address, business name and message, when you submit the form on our Contact page.
• Email: anything you send us if you email us directly.
• Usage data: basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages visited and general location (country/city level), collected automatically when you browse the site.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, provide quotes, deliver the services you ask us for, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to third parties except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.

Cookies we use

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site uses a limited number of them:

• Essential cookies: required for the site to function correctly (e.g. remembering that you've dismissed the cookie notice). These can't be switched off.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. These are only set if you accept them.
• Advertising cookies: if you arrive here from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, a Meta Pixel may be used to measure ad performance for clients running campaigns with us. These are only set if you accept them.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site and our business: our hosting provider, our email provider, and (where relevant to a client's campaign) Meta's advertising platform. Each only receives the data needed to perform its function.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights
